Business Philosophy

How Can One Evaluate the Service and Experience David Freeman Brings to Listing? Gone are the days when an agent could sell a house by placing it in the MLS and hammering a sign into the front yard. In my 30+ years of experience, I have seen many shifts in the market and the requirements an agent must meet to meet those of the seller. Listing agents have to aggressively cut through the inventory in markets such as the market of today. Even with an aggressive plan, there are no guarantees. Yet, it is up to the seller and their agent to promote the home at all contacts to move the home toward a successful sale. What should be done? In my listing and marketing presentation, we will discuss the key steps to a successful sale.

  1. The Importance of Presentation of the Property through internet presence, print, and brochures
  2. The Power of Technology- How we can maximize exposure, monitor activity, and present to the market
  3. Aiming for the Buyer with a marketing campaign that has the potential to it the discerning buyer
  4. Reacting to Feedback- through aggressive follow-up, react to the feedback with strategies to work on the showing to a sale

It is imperative to be alert to showing activity. The key is to maximize your showings and market exposure. As your agent, we will work together to find that energy within the market to achieve a reasonable contract. That is and will always be my pledge of service and experience to you. 

Education and Training

A little brief background of "Who am I" grew up in Palatine, graduated in the first graduating class out of Wm Fremd HS, have a Bachelor’s in Education from Wartburg College, an MA in History from DePaul University, and a MS in Administrative Policy from Northwestern University. I started in Real Estate as I was teaching in District #211. I was able to pursue both careers successfully with help from my family and professional associates. I retired from teaching after 34 years, and now devote my time and energy to my clients. I enjoy helping people, and it’s one of the reasons I became a NAR member and a Teacher. After more than 30 years in Real Estate, I pride myself on maintaining an investment of time in education, certifications, and continuing studies for the formal training I need to be a success and serve you well. I’m proud to have been recognized as a top performer multiple times in my real estate career. If you are my client, I’ll take care of you like a friend, and I hope you’ll consider me a friend. Buying and selling homes can be stressful, even maddening at times, but we’ll strive to make this an enjoyable experience. Buying or selling your home is a critical benchmark in our lives.
